For example take a game which you like the most & whose installation file is about 6GB, Think How much time will it consume to download 6Gb & Your reaction for it?

Now after reading this post you find an intresting way to stop worrying about the download time.
It's simple Just while searching for something which would be very big, Just add the keyword "Highly Compressed" with your search term, That's it!

For example if you are looking to download the game "Need for speed" search as below:

The above search will yield you with a no. of sites offering the download of the compressed version of that game. You will find that those big games which are about 5 to 6 GB are compressed to about just 10 to 20 MB.

            Hi Friends! Recently i added a Photo of my Home to Google Earth by making it to appear right above my Home in it. And i thought of sharring it with you too. You might have seen it in google earth, Many Institutions, Colleges, Banks, Hospitals, etc... are displaying the photo of their building on the Google Earth. Likewise You too can now display your own images on the Google Earth, Putting your pics on Google Earth is really easy and very rewarding when you see them displayed.

There are some basic rules to follow with the pic you are about to display:

• No frames or mattes around your pics.
• No advertising (obviously).
• No signatures or text on your pics. But you can put discrete copyright info.
• No pics of people or pets etc, unless they're relevant to the scene.

These are the main things people fall foul of because any of these will cause your pics to be rejected. However, once you abide by these rules, gaining acceptance is easy.

Here's what to do:

1. Create an account with Panoramio. It's free and works pretty much like Flickr.
2. Upload your pic.
3. Map your pic. You do this by typing in the location and a map appears with a marker. You simply drag and drop marker where you took your pic.
4. Give your pic a title and then press enter - -that's it!
5. Your pic is evaluated after 24 hours in most cases and a symbol appears to denote that it's been accepted to Google Earth. 
6. Updates to Google Earth take place a set times and is usually about 2 weeks after you've uploaded your pics.
7. When you open Google Earth, go to your location and you'll see a little blue square denoting a picture. Click on your blue square and your pic opens together with your info and all of your other pics you've submitted.
8. It feels very rewarding seeing your pics on GE and you can forward links to your friends.
9. An added bonus is that other people open your pics and can make comments on them.

It's a great tool if you want to place some history around your home area and to post some pics of your travels around the world.

1.) Definitions:

Pull up the definition of the word by typing define followed by the word you want the definition for. For example, typing: define bravura would display the definition of that word.

2.) Local search:

Visit Google Local enter the area you want to search and the keyword of the place you want to find. For example, typing: restaurant at the above link would display local restaurants.

3.) Phone number lookup:

Enter a full phone number with area code to display the name and address associated with that phone number.

4.) Find weather and movies:

Type "weather" or "movies" followed by a zip code or city and state to display current weather conditions or movie theaters in your area. For example, typing weather 84101 gives you the current weather conditions for Salt Lake City, UT and the next four days. Typing movies 84101 would give you a link for showtimes for movies in that area.

5.) Track airline flight and packages:

Enter the airline and flight number to display the status of an airline flight and it's arrival time. For example, type: delta 123 to display this flight information if available.

Google can also give a direct link to package tracking information if you enter a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number.

6.) Translate:

Translate text, a full web page, or search by using the Google Language Tools.

7.) Pages linked to you:

See what other web pages are linking to your website or blog by typing link: followed by your URL. For example, typing link:http://dailytipsndtricks.blogspot.com displays all pages linking to this site.

8.) Find PDF results only:


Add filetype: to your search to display results that only match a certain file type. For example, if you wanted to display PDF results only type: "dell xps" filetype:pdf -- this is a great way to find online manuals.

Use the Google Search engine as a calculator by typing a math problem in the search. For example, typing: 100 + 200 would display results as 300.

• related:url same as "what's related" on serps. 
• site:domain restricts search results to the given domain.
• allinurl: shows only pages with all terms in the url. 
• inurl: like allinurl, but only for the next query word. 
• allintitle: shows only results with terms in title. 
• intitle: similar to allintitle, but only for the next word. "intitle:seoforgoogle google" finds only pages - with seoforgoogle in the title, and google anywhere on the page. 
• cache:url will show the Google version of the passed url. 
• nfo:url will show a page containing links to related searches, backlinks, and pages containing the url. This is the same as typing the url into the search box. 
• spell: will spell check your query and search for it. 
• stocks: will lookup the search query in a stock index. 
• filetype: will restrict searches to that filetype. "-filetype:pdf" to remove Adobe PDF files. 
• daterange: is supported in Julian date format only. 2452384 is an example of a Julian date. 
• maps: If you enter a street address, a link to Yahoo Maps and to MapBlast will be presented. 
• phone: enter anything that looks like a phone number to have a name and address displayed. Same is true for something that looks like an address (include a name and zip code).
• site:www.somesite.net "+www.somesite.+net" - (tells you how many pages of your site are indexed by google).
•  allintext: searches only within text of pages, but not in the links or page title.
•  allinlinks: searches only within links, not text or title.
